Built for macOS,and nothing else.
Everything you expect from a native Mac app — and nothing you don’t. No web view, no account wall, no bloat.
Native SwiftUI
SwiftUI and AppKit — a real Mac app, not a web view or Electron shell.
Secure by default
Your access token stays in the macOS Keychain — never written to disk, and only ever sent to Vercel.
Lightweight
Under 20 MB. Quiet, adaptive polling that respects your battery.
Auto-updating
Ships new versions itself via Sparkle. Always current, nothing to re-download.
From download to deployed,in four steps.
Install the app, paste a Vercel token, and your deployments appear in the menu bar. GitHub is optional — add a token for CI check status.
Install
Download for macOS and drag it to your Applications folder.
Add your Vercel token
Create a personal access token on Vercel and paste it in — about 30 seconds.
Connect GitHub
Optional. Add a token to see CI check status on each deploy.
Watch deployments
Every deployment lands in your menu bar the moment it changes.
Stop refreshing Vercel.Watch every deploy from your menu bar.
Questions?
Instead of switching to your browser, finding the Vercel tab, and navigating to your project, every deployment status sits in your menu bar. Most developers save 10+ context switches a day.
Yes. Deploymentbar uses a Vercel personal access token — you choose its scope and expiration — stored in the macOS Keychain. Nothing leaves your machine.
Under a minute. Install the app, create a Vercel token, paste it in, and your deployments appear immediately.
During the public beta the app isn’t notarized by Apple yet, so macOS quarantines it on first launch. Right-click the app and choose Open, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Deploymentbar.app in Terminal once. It launches normally after that, and updates install automatically.
It’s free during the public beta. If we introduce pricing later, early users get a generous discount.
